KODAI uses access-based onboarding: you request access, answer a few questions, and the team grants access to the app. There are no plan tiers in the product anymore—only whether you have access or not. Here's how it works and what to expect.
What changed
We moved from plan-based to access-based product entry. The app no longer shows or stores a "plan" for your account. Instead, we only track whether you have access. If you don't have access yet, you'll see a clear path to request it. Once access is granted, you can log in, connect Stripe, and use Customer Intelligence and the rest of KODAI like before.
How to request access
Use the "Request Access" option on the site. You'll be asked a few short questions (e.g. how you heard about us, your use case) and to submit your email. The team reviews requests and gets back to you. There's no automated approval—we want to make sure the product fits. Once you're in, you can connect your Stripe account and start using the dashboard and customer explorer.
What you get with access
With access, you get the full app: Customer Intelligence with segment filters and the customer table, time-range options, and the ability to see churn risk and payment status for all your Stripe customers. Billing and usage are handled separately; the product itself is built around "access" rather than plan names.
In short
Request access via the form, get approved by the team, then log in and connect Stripe. No plan selection in the app—just access on or off.
